Welcome to Be Well! Our goal is to improve the overall health and wellness of employees through wellness initiatives that target risk factors and wellness issues that influence health.

Full time and part-time employees of Mansfield Board of Education, the Town of Mansfield, Mansfield Downtown Partnership(MDP) and Region 19 Board of Education who are eligible for health insurance benefits can participate in the Be Well Rewards Program.

 How do I earn points? (Click Here)

The Rewards program is one of many programs offered by Be Well.  It is  designed to give you points for wellness behaviors that you already do in each calendar year.  Be Well has designed many different opportunities for you to earn points throughout the year.  For each activity you take part in, you will earn one point.

The payout for 2018 is 8 points = $100, 9 points = $150, 10 points = $200. 

There are many different ways to earn points in the program for 2018.  They include a mix of clinical healthcare screenings, fitness activities and wellness based educational events.

The Health Risk Assessment needs to be completed each year by the employee.  It is a mandatory component of the Rewards program, and earns you one point. 

Another mandatory component is well visit/physical/OB/GYN appointment.  Meeting with your health care provider when you are healthy is very important in establishing baseline health measure and developing a relationship with the provider.  To read more about the importance of the well visit/physical, click here.

The payout can be received in one of three ways:

1) Taxable check

2) Deposited into your existing Flexible Spending Account(Click for more info about FSA). FSA accounts may be opened during open enrollment in December, or if you're a new employee)

3) Added to your Health Savings Account associated with your High Deductible Health Plan.
