The CDC recommends that people with influenza-like illness remain at home until at least 24 hours after they are free of fever (100° F), or signs of a fever without the use of fever-reducing medications.  MORE

 

VACCINES: The supply of vaccine in the state is such that all residents are now eligible for the H1N1 influenza vaccine.  At this time, the Health District is working with local Visiting Nurse Association groups to offer community clinics.  Vaccine is also available at many local physicians’ offices and medical walk-in clinics.
